To Cathy and Chase for being super chilled and easy going on their special day. I had viewed the weather forecast for the weekend a few days before the wedding and found myself and Cathy very disappointed that there would be no outside wedding. However, my good friend Lin Christiani from Inspired by Alice Photography, started preparing for heavy rain and storms. We pulled out umbrellas and gumboots and were just about ready for anything.
We were very blessed when, just as Cathy put her dress on, the rain stopped, and although the clouds never cleared, we were gifted with a perfect softbox sky and it was awesome!
Thank you to you both, and congratulations once again. May you have MANY happy beautiful years ahead.
So, my darling friend and model of ‘Releasing the Artist’, Lesley, asked me to come through to her boyfriend Chris’s party and set up a photo booth. I had one set up on my 21st and know that everyone had a lot of fun and it was a huge hit. Little did I know that Chris’s party would take the ‘cake’ of HITS! I ended up with almost 250 unique photos, but I’ve only uploaded a selection for you.
Please remember I set these up at { w.e.d.d.i.n.g.s – b.a.c.h.e.l.o.r.e.t.t.e.s – p.a.r.t.i.e.s – f.u.n.c.t.i.o.n.s } I can also do colored back drops and patterned backdrops with different themed props!
Laura came through to Pretoria on the day we did the ‘Releasing the Artist’ shoot. I at first had no idea what we were going to shoot and then I saw something that gave me a great idea. We had balloons being thrown around and a lot of dizzy twirls happening. But we enjoyed this and Laura was very easy going.. Thanks friend
Ok, I absolutely LOVED this.. Bianca contacted me to come and takes photos at their ‘elopement in the park’. I cannot give too much information at this stage but they are an absolutely beautiful couple. The location was perfect and so was the weather. Thank you both for giving me the opportunity to share this day with you..
It’s been a long time since I visited Crystal Ridge Stables. I used to ride and do show jumping for about 5 years there until matric became priority and my Photography studies. I was so excited when Melise phoned me to do a shoot with Danica and her ponies for bedroom decoration
Like all kids her age, Danica pulled a lot of faces and got bored very quickly. But I still had some awesome shots.. ENJOY!
The last time I photographed this little princess, she was just one month old. Jacqui and GB Decided she needed some updated images and came for the Easter shoot I hosted. She was awesome in the studio, very busy but loved it! I had chocolatey sheets afterward but it was worth it
Mandy and Zach came to me for their maternity shoot over a month ago, then Mandy contacted me to come and photograph little Ashleigh just 13 Days after she was born. I am new to photographing little ones but I was so happy with the outcome of these photos. Wht a pretty family
Dear Everyone..
I had the pleasure of photographing my old friend Louis and his lovely wife Chanell’s wedding on the 9th of March. Louis and I know each other from younger years when we were still neighbors- when girls chased boys and boys hated girls (hehe). We have kept in contact ever since, and became really close just before I left for Israel last year. I was so happy to hear that Louis had finally found ‘The One’ and I was so blessed when I heard that Louis would take no other photographer except Yours Truly
Louis has always bee a fantastic guy and Chanell seems to be his perfect match, this love is Truly True!
May the Love between these two stay REAL
P.S I apologize that all the images are in the wrong order
One of my way out there shoots I’ve ever done. I would like to attempt Doing an entire series on just this kind of make-up for my exhibition (when I will have it is beyond me at this point). Lesley was stunning and Megan, the make-up artist did a fantastic job. Although these are just glamour shots, I did intend for the look to be more important than the pose or model. Please feel free to say what ever you want about this series. THANK YOU for your on-going support!
Jardine and I met a few months ago. I knew she had a little boy, and I was eager to meet him, so as you could imagine, we had a photo shoot! When I met Joshy, I discovered he was the most adorable little boy. What a pleasure to have a child who can say YES and NO exactly when he means it. We had a lot of laughs, and Josh had a lot of distractions with the swings and slides in the park, but I am so glad we did the shoot! Enjoy this
I graduated High School with 4 Distinctions in 2008. I tried to convince my dad to allow me a gap year, but he didn't buy it. I started my Photography Studies in 2009 and Graduated with an International Diploma at the end of 2010. I worked with Nolleen Foster for 3 months in the beginning of 2011, then got offered a job at Halo Studio where I worked as a Photographer/Graphic Designer for 10 Months. In February 2012 I received a confirmation in a Volunteer Visa for Israel and went to live and Volunteer there for 6 months. I have been freelancing since I received my Diploma and have gained an immense amount of experience through my travels.
